Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Unused Posts: You may request a refund for unused post credits within 14 days of purchase
  • Service Issues: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Technical Errors: If posts fail to publish due to our system errors (not Telegram API issues)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Post credits that have been used (posts already published)
  • Issues caused by Telegram API restrictions or changes
  • User error (incorrect scheduling, wrong channel selection, etc.)
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Purchases older than 14 days

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a support ticket through the Support page
  2. Include your transaction ID and reason for refund
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed through PayPal within 5-10 business days

4. Partial Refunds

If you have used some but not all of your purchased posts, we may offer a partial refund calculated as: (Unused Posts / Total Posts) × Purchase Amount. A minimum of 50% of posts must remain unused to qualify for a partial refund.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through PayPal without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact support first to resolve any payment disputes.

6. Account Deletion

If you delete your account, any remaining post credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded. Please use your credits or request a refund before deleting your account.
